Abstract

              The study presents a conceptual framework of leadership roles and practices in social media for improving management skills and second language learning. Leadership in communication and second language learning is widely recognized in project management and engineering institutions in the Green World. It has a favorable impact on a variety of students as well as working employee performance outcomes. The objective of this study is to grow and assess an intellectual model for value co-creation on social media, which will motivate people to lead more ecologically conscious and sustainable lives. Studies on environmental issues and challenges need to be rigorous and diverse. It requires a comprehensive strategy that addresses politics, the economy, the environment, social stability, sustainability, and urban planning. The main way that societies try to adjust to ecological limitations is through environmental policies. A greener world can be achieved by a variety of tactics, including resource conservation, sustainable development, the green economy, green democracy, changing lifestyles, and green values. Green engineering mainly involves the basic techniques that are used to make the general environment better. The combination of approaches approach was employed in this study to combine quantitative and qualitative techniques, and surveys. Social media platforms affect students' abilities to learn about foreign languages. Social media is helping leaders and learners globally by facilitating and improving communication through messaging, talking, and socializing on Facebook, WhatsApp, Hangout, and Snapchat with friends, family, and the global community. The critical study looks into the theoretical claims regarding the assumed relationships between observed phenomena and user experiences with different websites. With the help of these social media apps, a university student and the management of different organizations might become experts in a certain specialty.
