Abstract

This research article delves into the evolving relationship between criminal law and artificial intelligence (AI), examining the challenges and opportunities that arise as AI technologies become increasingly integrated into legal systems. As AI applications continue to advance, the legal landscape faces novel issues related to accountability, bias, privacy, and the fundamental principles of criminal justice. This article analyzes the current state of affairs, evaluates key legal considerations, and proposes recommendations to ensure the responsible and ethical deployment of AI in criminal law.
