Abstract
This study investigated the intricate relationships among knowledge management, human resource management, and strategic alliances within the education sector of Pakistan, addressing the contemporary needs of organizations. The research underscores the significant associations between these elements, illustrating how they collectively contribute to organizational effectiveness and innovation. A theoretical model highlighted the synergies between knowledge management practices, strategic alliances for accessing external expertise and resources, and human resource management (HRM) activities that support knowledge transfer and acquisition. The findings emphasize the critical role of strategic partnerships and robust HRM practices in fostering a knowledge-centric culture, which is vital for the progress and competitiveness of the education sector in Pakistan. This study provides a framework for leveraging these relationships to meet the evolving demands of organizations and underscores the importance of postgraduate education in preparing individuals for these roles.
