Abstract
Because they resolve disputes between states over trade and investment, dispute settlement mechanisms are an essential component of international economic law. This study looks at the different debate settlement components utilized in worldwide monetary regulation, including legal and non-legal ones. It investigates the development of these mechanisms, their institutional frameworks, and their effect on the global economic system's effectiveness and stability. This study also examines the procedural and substantive aspects of various mechanisms, highlighting their advantages and disadvantages. To foster equitable and predictable outcomes in international economic relations, the study emphasizes the significance of efficient dispute-resolution mechanisms. In addition, it discusses the difficulties and possible reforms that could boost their effectiveness and legitimacy. The qualitative research methodology has been applied to following article.
