Abstract

This research article explores the significance of talent management in addressing the challenge of employee retention in public sector organizations. It highlights the importance of recognizing and harnessing employees' unique talents and capabilities to enhance organizational performance. The study aims to identify the factors influencing employee retention, evaluate the effectiveness of current retention strategies, and develop strategies to improve talent retention in public sector organizations. The hypotheses suggest higher salaries, better benefits packages, career development opportunities, and investment in training and development programing higher retention rates of talented employees. The findings of this research will provide valuable insights for electricity supply companies and employers in general, enabling them to enhance their recruitment and retention strategies and ultimately improve organizational performance.
