Abstract

Music or dance music is present in every nation and every part of the world in one form or another. There has also been a lot of innovation in musical instruments, while the development of the camera has played a significant role in the promotion and innovation of music and dance music. People associated with music and dance are called by different names in different languages. In Urdu, terms like musician, singer, goya, prostitute, domani and dancer are used for them Beyond the boundaries of politeness and decency, they take the form of beauty, luxury, obscenity, vulgarity and flattery, and dance and song parties become a means of self-satisfaction. Creativity and sincerity and observance of party etiquette have not been considered as such a heinous act. However, no nation has counted it among the high values ​​of its culture, civilization and religion. At the same time, they are deprived of the status of dignity and greatness. Although music or dance as an art form can be a part of the civilization and culture of any nation or region, but it cannot be the culture or civilization of any nation or region. If a person claims that music is our culture, then it is very foolish and based on ignorance. The status of a component is always temporary and does not apply to the whole. Is. To understand this, it is important to know the definition of civilization and culture.
